individual therapy
Individual therapy sessions are generally one time per week and run 50 minutes. There is no right way to start but the reasons to start are multiple. Maybe you find yourself stuck in patterns that are negatively effecting your life, or you may have suffered a traumatic loss and just need a safe place to heal, or maybe you are experiencing challenges in your current relationships or with work/life balance. Whatever the reason, the therapeutic relationship offers the opportunity for positive change and growth. $250/50 minutes
couple therapy
Couple sessions are generally held one time per week and run from 50-75 minutes. Couple therapy focuses on the health and well being of the couple by addressing patterns of behavior and communication that have become harmful. These patterns often have origins in each partners history which need to be better understood by both partners in order to facilitate positive change in the relationship. While not always, couple therapy is generally of a more limited duration than individual therapy. I work hard to make myself unnecessary as soon as possible. $300/50 min, $350/75 min
ketamine assisted therapy (kap)
I am partnered with Journey Clinical to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). KAP is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes.$250/50 minute psychotherapy sessions$600/3 hour dosing sessions (between 6-8 over a three month period)
insurance and payment options
I am strictly an out-of-network provider which means that I do not accept any insurance directly. I will provide you with a Superbill that you may submit for reimbursement if your policy has out-of-network benefits. I will also work with you to make sure this process goes smoothly. Generally people are able to get a percentage of the fee covered that way. You can also use an HSA if you have one. If you do not have out-of-network benefits or believe you will not be able to afford therapy, I am happy to discuss a sliding scale fee structure or other lower cost options. Payments can be made via zelle, venmo, credit card, or cash/check.
